1. Your order

When you place an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging it. This is not an acceptance. A contract is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there is a pricing error. If we do, we'll refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Details are on our Delivery & Returns page. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery.

4. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, with no reason needed. On top of this, we offer 30-day returns on unworn items with tags attached. Refunds are made within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.

5. Faulty goods

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty, contact us and we'll offer a repair, replacement or refund as the law requires.

6. Product information

We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the MT Ultra name, logo, images and text, belongs to us. You may not use it without our written permission.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited. Apart from these, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, depending on where you live.
