Can I change or cancel my order?
We pack orders quickly, so email [email protected] as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to change or cancel it.

Delivery
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. UK delivery is free on all orders over £20. See Delivery & Returns for all options.
How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to selected countries. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
You can return unworn items with their tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.
When will I get my refund?
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
My item is faulty. What should I do?
Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a free return and a replacement or full refund.

How do I find my size?
Use our Size Guide. Between sizes? Size down for compression or up for a relaxed fit.
Are your leggings squat-proof?
Our leggings are designed and wear-tested to be squat-proof. Check each product page for fabric details.
How should I wash my activewear?
Wash cold, inside out, and skip the fabric softener. Our Care Guide explains everything.
