Dispatch
Orders placed before [1pm] on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.

You'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.

30-day returns
Not quite right? You can return unworn items with their tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Start your return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you're returning.
Pack it up
Put the items back in their original packaging with the tags still attached.
Send it back
Post it using the returns details we send you, and keep your proof of postage.
Get your refund
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
Good to know
- Return postage costs [£2.99, deducted from your refund], unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
- Faulty item? Contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a free return and a replacement or full refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
- Exchanges depend on stock. If your new size has sold out, we'll refund you instead.
